Q: Are Fate Skincare products suitable for sensitive or eczema-prone skin?
We know how hard it can be to find products that truly work when your skin is easily irritated. That’s why every formula we create is made with sensitivity in mind—clean, botanical, and powered by our proprietary Comfrey Miracle Complex™ to help calm inflammation and encourage deep skin healing.

Q: Are all Fate Skincare products vegan and cruelty-free?
We’re committed to transparency. Most of our products are vegan and all are cruelty-free. Some items may contain beeswax, so if strict vegan compliance matters to you, look for the vegan badge on each product page or reach out for guidance.

Q: What is the Comfrey Miracle Complex™?
It’s our signature infusion, and the heart of many of our products. The Comfrey Miracle Complex™ blends traditional herbal wisdom with modern skincare science—using comfrey to reduce inflammation, encourage skin renewal, and support a resilient skin barrier.


🚚 Orders & Shipping

Q: What is your return policy?
If something didn’t meet your expectations, let us make it right. You can request a full refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.

Refunds
Email us at help@fateskincare.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll share return instructions.

  • Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the return.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or defect.

Exchanges
Prefer a different product? We’ll gladly help. Email us, and we’ll send exchange instructions. Items must be unused and unopened.

Store Credit
If store credit is more convenient, we’ll issue it within 7 business days after receiving your return.

Damaged or Defective Products
If something arrived broken or didn’t work as expected, send us a photo and we’ll replace it at no cost—including shipping.

Policy Terms
We honor every reasonable request and handle all returns with fairness. If a return falls outside our guidelines, we may need to decline—but we’ll always explain why.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes—standard shipping within the U.S. is always free. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders usually ship within 3 business days. You’ll receive tracking info via email so you can follow your delivery.

Yes. Several of our most popular products—like our facial cleanser, toner, and serum—come in TSA-compliant sizes, perfect for travel.

Q: Are your products allergy-safe?
We choose ingredients carefully, especially for sensitive skin. Still, natural doesn’t mean allergy-free. If you have a known sensitivity, we recommend patch testing or reaching out for personalized support.

Q: Do you use preservatives?
Only when we need to—and only the kind that’s clean, safe, and approved for natural skincare. We never use anything that could compromise your skin’s health or peace of mind.
