At Fate Skincare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a full refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at help@fateskincare.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide the return address along with packaging and shipping instructions.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective items.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please reach out to us at help@fateskincare.com with your order number and reason for exchange.

  • Once approved, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions.
  • Exchanges will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your returned item.

Store Credit

For customers who prefer store credit, please email help@fateskincare.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Store credit will be issued within 7 business days after we receive your return.

Exceptions & Damaged Products

We can only accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original condition and packaging.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at help@fateskincare.com with photos of the product. We will issue a replacement at no cost to you and waive the return shipping fee.
